The Daily Diary Of A Winning Loser 1

I have many friends that are on this weight-loss road. Just as I send out my weigh day updates, they send me their weigh-in results too. I started my Saturday morning by finding an e-mail from someone I didn’t know was reading this blog until simply a couple of weeks ago. Works out she’s been reading for some time, so when she started she went in the archives and read each and every access back again.

I don’t have any way of knowing who’s reading, and what they’ve read, let alone what they’re getting away from these writings. I simply reveal what I’m experiencing-put it out there in a raw and honest form, and I learn about myself along the way. This blog has been and is still in therapy for me personally. It may not be perfect, but it has empowered me, enlightened me, every day given me the strength and desire to keep on each and. Day by reading an e-mail like the main one below So when I start my, it is manufactured by it even more special to me. Bobbi doesn’t blog publicly.

She keeps an exclusive diary everyday along her weight loss journey and she reads. She reads my blog and many others. If you’re a fellow weight reduction blogger, she may have read yours too. Sean, I weighed today and I’m down another five pounds! I just stepped on the level and started crying because it’s never worked for me. I’m so happy. For the very first time in my own life I’m slimming down (47 pounds so far—over 100 to look).

Thank you for showing me that it generally does not need to be hard. I read you every day and more than not often, your blog strikes me right between your optical eyes. I’ve even had my husband read your blog and he’s starting to recognize that he could do this too. I know you’ve explained that it’s all me doing this, and I am aware what you’re stating, but I hope you know what an inspiration you’ve been.

I began reading from day one and couldn’t stop. Many thanks for writing your story. David and Bobbi in New York. Bobbi, I understand you reluctantly gave me permission to print that, however your success too inspires others. Your transformation continues to be and will always be something that deserves your pride.

And oh by the way—it’s whatever you! Today gave me power and inspiration Your e-mails. When I’m not feeling 100%, I simply have to learn e-mails and comments like that–and it creates me realize how important it is to power through emotions and circumstances with unbreakable resolve. I’ve really acquired to put on my steel drape zone a lot lately. The strain and emotion that I’m experiencing of late are trying you need to break me.
