It looks like the little black and white boy from Playdead’s success platformer has crept out from the shadows of Xbox Live, and begun to find new playmates on other platforms.
A curious NeoGAF user named Drkirby has been sniffing around the insides of Steam by changing some registry codes, and suddenly he was able to download the Limbo trailer directly from the Steam servers, which Dkirby immedeatly posted on the NeoGAF forums.

Could this mean that Limbo is arriving for PC?
That raised a lot of questions and predictions, but the most likely explanation is that they are preparing for the game to launch on the largest digital distribution platform on the PC, and that is not a bad idea.
The game was originally released on Xbox Live Arcade last summer, and with its dark aesthetics and physics-based platform puzzles it has squeezed itself out as one of the greatest titles on Xbox Live Arcade with over half a million copies sold in 2010 alone.
