Rumor: Microsoft to Reveal Hardcore Games for Kinect at E3

Microsoft is set to reveal “at least 10 non-sequel” Kinect games at this year’s E3 according to a report from Eurogamer.

A source says that the games “won’t be obvious,” while another source states that Microsoft is expect to “serve the hardcore” at this year’s Kinect announcements.

Rare is rumored to be unveiling Kinect Sports 2 and the studio is reportedly hard at work on another Kinect game that has nothing to do with Rare’s franchises.

There’s also a rumored sequel announcement for Dance Central 2 – arguably the Kinect’s best game to date. Dance Central 2 is supposed to be revealed for a Christmas 2011 release.

We already reported about Codename: Kingdom, the purported first-person melee game from developers Crytek. Kingdom, is also expected to be revealed at this year’s E3.
