L.A. Noire Launch Trailer

Rockstar has just released the launch trailer for L.A. Noire, Team Bondi’s ambitious crime-thriller that looks to blend cinematic storytelling with the gameplay to match its sexy looks.
Team Bondi has been touting its new technology called MotionScan will be integral to the game not just in the graphics department, but that people will be able to tell if someone’s lying just by looking at a character’s face. Lofty claims indeed, but if they can pull it off, it might set a new precedent in facial animation capture that surely other games will mimic.
L.A. Noire will be released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 this coming May 17.
