Robbers Steal 6,000 Copies of Modern Warfare 3 from a Truck

Modern Warfare 3 is out tomorrow, but it seems that a couple of robbers in France just couldn’t wait that long, and stole some 6,000 copies of the game in a spectacular fashion.

On Saturday a truck in southern Paris carrying €400,000 worth of Modern Warfare 3 copies that were most likely headed to retailers was hit by a vehicle (no specifics regarding the vehicle have been given yet) which caused the truck to stop. Two men wearing masks got out of the vehicle, threw tear gas at the driver and proceeded to take the estimated 6,000 Modern Warfare 3 copies and drive off.

No word yet on whether the two men have been identified, but where ever they are they’re probably… I dunno, enjoying the game maybe? Heck, it’s either that or they’re selling them by the droves to children.
