The Binding of Isaac Gets a Browser-Based Demo, Extra Content Inbound

Even after reading our The Binding of Isaac review, there’s a chance that you still don’t know whether or not Edmund McMillen’s latest title is worth your time or money. Thankfully for you lot, McMillen’s gone ahead and launched a Flash demo of The Binding of Isaac on Newgrounds which has two levels, over 60 items and eight bosses to fight — that’s quite a lot of demo to play about with.
For those who already have the full game on Steam, a special (and completely free!) update for The Binding of Isaac called the Halloween Update is coming very soon and is set to feature over 20 new items, three more bosses to tackle, a new playable character, more Steam Achievements, and a “final chapter” which is apparently supposed to be very hard.
