EA Sports Offering Tiger Woods 12 Refunds
By Dustin Mendel | September 12, 2011 | News | No comments | ShareIn an unprecedented move, EA Sports is offering full refunds on the PC version of Tiger Woods 12: The Masters, in response to complaints about the game’s quality.
Gamers who understandably thought that the PC version of the game would provide a similar experience to the console versions lashed out at the sports gaming giant, citing inferior graphics and a lack in features. The game also required players to sign up for the Tiger Woods Online premium service in order to access the game’s multiplayer modes, something that the console versions don’t require.
Over on the EA forum for the game, members have been recommending contacting EA directly through their live chat support line, which is how several people received their refunds.
