Deus Ex: Human Revolution Ships 2 Million Units

Square Enix announced today that they had shipped 2 million copies of Deus Ex: Human Revolution to stores in North America and Europe. I like to think that their employees then spent the rest of the day skipping happily and telling each other how good they looked.
The game topped the NPD sales charts for August, despite releasing on the 23rd. Not too shabby, eh? It all seems to be going well for the title, which is set to release in Japan at some point in October and receive its first DLC – The Missing Link around the same time.
It’s good to see cyberpunk thriving in 2011 and Human Revolution looks set to continue shipping units over the coming months.
