Sledgehammer: We’re Doing MW3 in Complete Collaboration with Infinity Ward

If you’ve been living under a rock the past few months, you might not have heard that Modern Warfare 3 is being worked on by two separate teams, the guys (or what’s left of them) over at Infinity Ward who worked on the previous two Modern Warfares, and Sledgehammer Games, a new studio built to make Call of Duty games.
Upon hearing this news, some fans automatically jumped the gun and assumed that IW was working on multiplayer, while the other team worked on the game’s campaign.
In a recent video interview with Glen Schofield, co-founder of Sledgehammer Games, it turns out, the teams are working together on everything. By everything I mean from the game’s story, to art assets, to the game’s multiplayer. He said it’s not “split” as some people believed to be the case.
Will it work and revitalize the franchise or will it be an experiment that will backfire for the mega-franchise? We’ll know for sure once the game ships on November 8.
Nope screw CoD.
lol seriously, looks like mw2 ONLY, nothing new, are sledgehammer even doing anything? -.-
Well, I'm gonna give them a chance. This may be a new thing for Sledgehammer. They might make CoD pretty much the same for the last 5 or so years, but there might be something else.
